For new patients, we accept a variety of insurances. Here are the insurances that we accept:

If you are an existing patient, please check with our front desk to make sure that we accept that insurance
If you are unsure if we accept your insurance, please contact our office and we will try our best to assist you

Payments
Currently, we only accept payments either by cash, check, or credit/debit/HSA card
You may mail us a check or pay over the phone for your bill
We accept the following as payment options:

Online Payments
We are currently trying to implement a system that allows our patients to pay online, however, the project is still in the works.. Please reach out to our office for any questions regarding billing and payments. We apologize for the inconvenience
In-Network Insurances
Please make sure that we are in network with your insurance before calling us to set up an appointment.
